Nicolai Hawalt — Car Crash Studies
Nicolai’s photographic series is at once macabre, disturbing and beautiful.
Below are some examples from his abstractions of mutilated exteriors, but he has also photographed a series of airbags and also car interiors after an accident that are thought provoking and disturbing.

Photography: NAM [Japan]
I particularly enjoy the photography by NAM that involves the suspension of everyday objects in complex webs that appear to hang from the ceiling and walls, but their whole portfolio is impressive — see more at http://www.n-a-m.org/.

Loving Space
One of my favourite activities is thinking about space and feeling tiny.

Visual Acoustics looks like a wonderful visual treat full of breathtaking modernist architecture as photographed by Julius Schulman. Can’t wait for this film.
Canelle et Vanille
Another delicious find, following a bit of a food photography theme today, is Canelle et Vanille.
